2009 Branson Veteran's Week Samboree

Join Good Sam for America's largest Veteran’s Day celebration, "Veteran’s Homecoming," takes place in Branson, Missouri every November. This week-long event is filled with celebrations, special shows, parades, and exhibits in which Branson entertainers and community members pay tribute to America's heroes. We’ll kick off the week with an exclusive performance by “The Veteran’s Sweetheart,” Barbara Fairchild, following our welcome dinner. During the week take time to visit the exhibits and displays throughout Branson, including the famous Patch Wall, as well as some of the best performances Branson has to offer. The 75th Annual Veteran’s Day Parade will be held on November 11, 2009.     The highlight of this Samboree is, of course, the 121st Tournament of Roses Parade, which will be held on January 1st, 2010. Relax in Good Sam Club reserved grandstand seats while you enjoy the majestic floral floats, spirited marching bands from throughout the nation, and high-stepping equestrian units.

    2010 Mardi Gras Samboree

    Grab a mask and get ready to party with the Good Sam Club in New Orleans, Louisiana. Last year 800,000 people celebrated Carnival in the “Big Easy.” In the days preceding Fat Tuesday the streets of New Orleans fill with parades, floats, marching bands, dance troupes and entertainers of every kind. Since their inception in 1857, local organizations known as krewes come together every year to put on one of the world’s largest parties.
